Overview
As client lead, I helped develop strategy and execution of Before the Bell, a statewide public awareness campaign designed to connect Oklahoma parents and caregivers with early-learning tools and resources for children under five. The campaign brought together clear messaging, digital content and integrated media to make early childhood development resources more accessible, engaging and actionable for families across the state.
The Challenge
Oklahoma Human Services needed a campaign that could cut through information overload and effectively reach parents with simple, practical early-learning resources — especially younger and rural audiences who are harder to engage through traditional public service messaging.
Strategy & Execution
Helped develop and refine core campaign messaging and brand voice to ensure clarity, warmth, and relevance for parents and caregivers.
Oversaw digital content across the microsite and blog, ensuring resources were structured for accessibility and engagement.
Led oversight of digital advertising execution, maintaining message consistency and optimizing performance across channels.
Developed billboard copy to extend campaign messaging into high-visibility outdoor environments.
Oversaw creation of the partner toolkit used by organizations to amplify campaign reach locally.
Worked directly with influencers and local parents to guide authentic content development that reflected real experiences.
